Instructional Strategy:
For this project I am using the classic design model of A.D.D.I.E.
Pairing A.D.D.I.E. with Andragogy is a smart combination for eLearning. Most adult learners are self-paced and usually opt to learn online. This was my leading factor in selecting this approach. I could see this content being utilized inside of an LMS such as Canvas. Canvas works with the authoring tool I selected and has the capabilities to upload html, images and videos. This course, through LMS use, has an email notification system to alert students that they can take the course. This Resume Project would be a module as part of a larger course preparing professionals to enter or re-enter the job force. Other modules that could relate are: how to handle an interview, how to write a cover letter, how to create a business card, proper professional etiquette, and much more. Designing Backwards would be a good choice for the overall creation of the course itself. The overall goal is to help the learner get hired, so designing the flow of the modules and topics with Backwards Design is a solid choice. While A.D.D.I.E with Andragogy as a learning theory could be used for the creation of the actual modules. This ends up breaking down the entirety of the course into smaller sections utilizing the Segmented Principle of eLearning. Adaptive Learning is utilized through a pre-assessment, allowing the learner to essentially pick a path to go through the content or head to the final assessment. This is done through a scenario narrative.
- Analyze - This is for professionals who want to learn how to design an effective resume. Andragogy as a learning theory would be the most effective approach as these are adult learners and will want to apply their skills immediately.
- Design - Appropriate tools are selected such as Canva, Articulate, etc. to meet all of the project's goals.
- Develop - With foundations in place, the design process is based in Articulate.
- Implement - Module went live.
- Evaluate - Use of assessments along with digital documents.

2 a. Interactive Text
I created this interactive text through https://inabrains.com/ which is a free resource alternative for those that do not have H5P. I created this fake persona and resume through http://canva.com/ and found the free professional headshot through http://pexels.com. I recorded the interactivity of this document with http://screencast-o-matic.com/.
The purpose of this video is for the portfolio website.
I made an additional Interactive within the course itself mirroring this but with the use of Articulate's technology.

2 b. Original Digital Video (non-auto generated CC)
I created this video with http://powtoons.com and published it through http://youtube.com. I created my own time-stamped CC without the use of Auto-Generated. I have added a screen shot to document this.
2 c. Enhanced Digital Images
Image 1
I used a free professional headshot photo from http://pexels.com/. I cropped the image and designed a resume on http://canva.com. I created the name and information on the resume based off of quick searches for top skills for Illustrators. The purpose of this edited image and fresh design is to be used as a sample resume in the course.

I used a free resume photo from http://pexels.com/. I cropped the image, alternated the colors, added an opaque shape and a quote through http://canva.com.
2 d. Interactive/Adaptive module
I utilized components from this page and created an Articulate Course as an interactive module.
